I experience joy through many forms of movement. My current workout routine consists of weight-training, yoga, pilates, Orangetheory and a megaformer class–Imagine a bootcamp barre class on an oversized Pilates reformer. Exercise makes me feel strong and most importantly it improves my mood. Exercise=endorphins! I love working out in the morning because it sets up the rest of my day. Use exercise as a celebration of what your body can do and not as a punishment to burn calories. Find something that you enjoy and get moving!
